One of these things conflicts with the other.

I think the idea is that you get so exhausted you can crash and sleep whenever you want, such as a normal bed time. Then you can get a sleep cycle going around that time. It apparently actually works, too.

Yeah. Basically I got to the point where I was going to sleep at around 7 AM and waking up at 5 PM, so I figured 'screw it', stayed up for 36 hours, got 5 hours or so of sleep, and now I'm awake at 9:40 AM. Problem mostly solved.

My problem is that I already sleep 10+ hours naturally, and when I do that, sometimes I sleep 16+ hours.

Around here, you can get such caps in army/airsoft shops, usually. Dunno what the official term is, something along the lines "army cap" or something I think.

Maybe even "army instructor cap/hat"?
