Are those Gunnar glasses?  My wife got me a pair of those super cheap a couple months ago, since I spend like 14 hours a day in front of a computer.  I didn't like them much.

I did have some fun with them, though.  Took them to work and my co-worker told me I looked like a tool.  I turned to him with a super serious face and said "No.  I look like a mac daddy."  He couldn't stop laughing for a solid 5 minutes    That moment alone was worth the cost.

Nope. They're prescription. I got them tinted for when I was programming. Now that I am not programming, I'll probably go back to clear when I get new glasses.

Well there is a strong part of my brain that wants nothing more than to agree with you. Cognitive bias ahoy!
Although he does have those sexy blue eyes, unlike my swamp colored ones. Still... Could you imagine?

I'm pretty sure I almost had such eyes. The rest of my direct family family has vibrant blue, and my extended family has the same or brown. I'm the only one I know who somehow got green.
I have been led to believe it is a common mutation. Not sure if this is true.

Meh blue eyes arent all that good.
I have them and they change from grey to bright blue depending on the lighting.

I also noticed that around the pupil i have  a yellow gold circle.
Is that a common occurance? Or am i a sith lord?

I have a gold ring in my iris, too, and my eyes are a weirdly watery green most of the time. Apparently it's pretty common.
