Eating only five calories a day can be harmful to your health. Unless you're reaaaallly sedentary. To the point of stasis.

It's a (reconstructed) WW2-era NKVD officer uniform. There's a tent full of various Soviet uniforms from the 1930s-1940s in the Brest Fortress, for tourists who want to put on an Red Army uniform and make a photo of themselves.
