Not that either.
I had a sad smile on my face, probably moved by the beauty of the moment and yet realized how insignificant I was compared to the wonders of this world.
The realization that even if everything around me had crumbled at that very moment, it wouldn't had mattered to me.
It was like being in a state of trance.

I love weather like that, with those dense, dark, strongly back-lit clouds. It gives a real sense of how incredibly big the sky, and the world below it is. That, and it looks gorgeous. I think I understand the feeling you mentioned getting when you saw that as well. Thanks for sharing that!

Clouds like that don't make me feel melancholic, but they instill a sense of dread.  The sound of wind through the trees does it to, especially when it rises in a kind of crescendo right before a storm hits.
