Monitor presently only working because I have physically stuffed paper into it. If my monitor becomes supermegastupid I may disappear; if I don't log in for 24 hours, assume this is the cause and I've sent my laptop in for repairs; if this happens, I'll only be able to log in a few times per day and it may be best to have me replaced.

I have the torn-off corner of a piece of paper shoved into the spot I've nicknamed the "Weak Point." It applies pressure to the screen at a particular point, producing:
1) Vertical lines of various colors downward from the Weak Point.
2) A screen that doesn't spaz the fuck out all the time.

Which you probably should do. People tend to carry various amounts of gold, potions, and weapons that can be used to slay people of higher levels.
