As it turns out, I'll have to take the IELTS if I intend to do anything more than watch during my (in planning stages) external rotation (let alone stay to work afterward). When you add that to the already copious and lenghty paperwork, I am beginning to doubt that it will be done in time for the former.

Sometimes it's nice to be looked up to and respected. It's nice to have a reputation for helpfulness and always having the answers, and it's nice to know that everyone sees me as driven and hard-working, which I guess I am.

And then sometimes I haven't slept for more than seven hours in a night for weeks, various events beyond my control are threatening to screw up potentially major parts of my future, I have enough work that I can't remember all of it and writing it down doesn't seem to help, my joints have decided that I'm four times my age, and I just want to fall over and cry.

Joint pain is one of the more unfair kinds of pain. I feel for you, bro.

I'm at the library, but not on the laptop, because my wife insisted on coming.
I have discovered that I can post from my DS, however, as I forgot my iPod.
Technology, ho.

Why can't you bring the laptop with your wife there?

I did, but she was using it.
I'm on it now, though.

Out of curiosity, Mastah, did you ever tell your wife about the Reindeers she caused to exist in Necrothreat?

There's a spot on my spine that aches and no matter how much I stretch I can't seem to get it to stop. I think I'm not bending the right spot or something. :(

Pour uncooked rice in an old sock, tie the end in a knot, heat it up for two minutes in the microwave, place on achy area. Helps me a ton when I'm sore.

Well, this is kind of bittersweet, not sad, but whatever. They fit here well enough.

I just wrote an inspirational letter to myself for me to read when I'm extremely depressed, to remind myself of the things I have to live for.

And two of my teachers are in the hospital, one injured his leg and the other is having a baby soon. At least, she might be in the hospital? I'm not sure. She wasn't there yesterday.

And my girlfriend is going on a vacation to another part of the Philippines (or at least around there) and that means she won't have internet for a monthish.

Yeah. Bittersweet things.

A great thing to do when you're sad and down at the end of the day right before you sleep is to recollect and remember:
"Today, before I sleep, I will remember all the good things that happened to me today, regardless of how big or how small they are."
Which can be pretty much anything to be thankful for and such.

...Try writing a Get Well Soon letter? :D

I'm just having one of those days.

Pretty much ever since I woke up my anxiety has been in overdrive and I've been embarassing myself at every turn.

I don't even know why I'm feeling so bad- I'm not even having a bad hair day or anything. :(
