Can any of you imagine, something you thought would always be there? Something that helped you always come to terms with who and what you really are? I'm pretty sure most of you have or have had something like that. Now imagine that gets forcibly cut out of your life. Now imagine that there's definite signs that nothing like that is ever coming back.

My best friend just permanently moved to europe. I'm sad about it, but not 'missing a limb' depressed.
Though I'm rather cold. Maybe others react with more pain.

Get a cup of hot tea or chocolate or milk or something else to help you unwind, and try to catch some sleep. It usually helps me when I end up in that space (which is... regrettably common).

If you're feeling suicidal, go to a psychologist. Or a psychiatrist, depending on whether you're more into talking or more into swallowing pills.
Those guys help. That's what they're there for. There's no shame in visiting them, no more shame than in visiting a doctor because you have diabetes or an infection or some allergy or something.
If I hadn't gone to my current psychiatrist when I did, I very probably would not be sitting here today. So don't be fucking stupid, and get help if you need it.

(Also I'm sort of curious about the details of what you went through, but you probably don't want to talk about it... I'll just shut up.)

1. People on here afaik have been burned by incompetent or opinionated psychologists before.
Which is annoying as it seems to be a thing which requires complete trust, whilst the human error parts make it difficult to completely trust them.

2. Assuming it's stuff related to whatever SD did.
Which asking about can probably only cause trouble. So, tentative.
