I'm back, and can wrap this up... but I really can't promise much. Most of my notes are gone, and I'm low on ideas, so if everyone still wants to finish, it's probably not going to be quite as epic as it should.

But anyway, everyone still here?

 (Ah notes; I didn't think you were using any Dragnar. Obviously your plot was sufficiently subtle.)

Imagine a cool peice of sky-blue and milk-white marble about 3cm by 2cm and by 0.5cm, containing a tiny 2mm malacolite crystal. Now imagine the miles of metamorphic rock it's embedded in that no pick or chisel will ever touch. Then, imagine that those miles will melt back into their mantle long before any telescope even refracts an image of their planet. The watchers will be so excited to have that image too.

Oh, there were notes... most of them rather simple and far outdated, but they existed! There wasn't really a lot of plot though, no.
