The Men Who Stare At Goats
I need to watch this movie.
I just came back from watching it.
There were a few good parts, but the movie wasn't really meant to go anywhere. It was sorta already there as soon as it started. It wasn't even the whole 'moving to slowly' problem, it just stuck around in the same premise and then shit happens and then you go home.
Pretty good if you like dry humor, I guess.
What made me happy was watching people walking away from Paranormal Activity a bit later, shaking and quivering with the creepy crawlies. Silly kids.
@Men Who Stare at Goats
I take it this was another one of those movies where the previews is the movie?
and @Paranormal Activity
Something about ghosts and the paranormal just doesn't seem to bother me. I mean, it's like an outplayed role/theme. Heck, even ghost hunting and whatnot. Maybe it's me, but I see zombies as a much bigger threat overall. I mean, what's the worst a ghost can do to you? Drive you mad, I guess; but what if you were already mad to begin with? Then it just sounds like a waste of time.
I guess my problem is that too many shows and themes and etc. are turning into carbon-copies of each other, with a side of rehash.
As for something more HAPPY:
I recently came across something interesting and fun. There's a way to play as zombies in Left 4 Dead 2 demo. Had some fun in single-player mode. Took out the team at the docks (well, more like just after, but before the street before the doorway entering into the town).
I think I'll be enjoying playing as zombies in the full game.
