I was only the seventh person in line today at the grocery store, so the whole trip only took about an hour and a half. Also, I was able to shop with significantly fewer people around than usual, which is much less stressful. Although there isn't any flour, so I'm trying to make a chewy bread with gluten-free flour (specifically missing the part it needs), which works about as well as one might expect.

I don't. I have cake-like pita bread, which is awful. I just don't have options.

Yeah my mum is a coeliac, so she can’t have gluten, and the breads she can buy that are gluten-free are all kinds of awful.

You basically have to toast it and put lots of some type of spread on it for it to be close to pleasant, and it usually doesn’t get close.

I guess the silver-lining is you get to experiment on trying to make edible gluten-free breads? ‘cause if you manage that, start a company ‘cause you’ll make millions.
