Had a slight emotional crisis today after being struck by a) not being able to do a maths problem and b) realising it's very clear there's almost no affection between me and any of the people in my main friendship group.

After taking some deep breaths, I realised b) wasn't a huge deal, as it meant I didn't have much to lose. Besides, a more detached and cynical attitude to the group probably won't hurt me. I even actually like the two people next door to me, so no real worries about making friends.

Turned out a) just required a more careful reading of the notes, and I finished the work in time.

Happy because I got through the crisis without wasting too much time or energy. Packed evening, but I'm fairly confident I can handle it.

Choices matter. I made the wrong choice a bit ago, and it's screwing things up three chapters later.

I think I'm going to like this game.

EDIT: Now whenever I try to correct the mistakes I made by talking to the other main character... the game edits my responses to something generic and non-dangerous before sending them.

at the least it's a less shitty one, there's no dumb fucking exclusives or bonuses so i dont feel even shittier

i am just Very Excited for cyberpunk 2077.
