I am now officially an adult person.

Unofficially? Probably never.
Congratulations on your new adulthoodness. And enjoy your cakeday.

I'd argue that talking shit about one of the topic creators favorite shows, precisely because she thinks the characters are adorable and funny. Isn't a great idea, especially when she's been given reasons to dislike you.
Eh? I think the show's fantastic. But some people are put off by that sort of thing, so I thought it'd be worth mentioning.

Not that I blame you for reacting that way. I am a very easy person to hate.

Wasn't aware that "it's kinda ecchi" was "talking shit".  I'd argue that talking shit about people in the happy thread isn't a great idea.

Mostly I don't want her saying something she'd regret later like in the WTF thread some days ago.

ecchi
Ah, at last I no longer feel obligated to google it.
To be fair, it's not very ecchi, but there's only so much you can get away with when the characters are 12-year-olds.
Wait what. We talking about Yuru Yuri? That's not ecchi at all.

I just spent about half an hour rooting around on the interwebz for reliable temperature statistics for the last few months, and then discovered that the weather forecasting website I use has records of the actual average daily temperature for the last two years, as well as precipitation. Score!
