We are currently in a world where lemon juice is made using artificial flavoring, but furniture polish is made using actual lemons.

If I could quite remember a particular episode of Top Gear: The only thing in America without cheese in it are the cheese sandwiches.

Just finished an archery tournament that decides who makes the team this year.
Scored 266/300
Placed 4th on males, compared to females I would have been 5th. All around probably 6th-7th.

Nice! Good to see another archer keeping the sport alive! I've never actually tried any competitions, and unfortunately there are no clubs in my area, but I still practice shooting my bow on the occasion.

Got to finish a Pathfinder campaign today. Two characters short, at that.

Because one player didn't show, despite having been told several times throughout the week when the game would be. And he keeps several sheets with him, which messed us up a bit. Normally the DM has all the sheets with our characters and loot, but for some reason he takes all his character sheets, and during the last session he took our loot sheets with him as well.

But anyways, the BBEG barely lasted three rounds. Now I'm wondering what the next campaign will be.

Found a half a bag of Jelly Bellies where I never expected to find candy. Was told to 'help myself'.
First one I ate: Dark chocolate. OMG so good.

Bleh. Jelly beans. The regular ones like cherry or strawberry can be OK, but some of those things are just vile.

Especially the popcorn and blueberry ones. Vomit-worthy.
