Yeah, I wasn't intending anything. I think it's just a natural human tendency, "Oh, wait, I wonder what I am? o.0", with the same sort of motivation behind it as all those silly online 'what am I' tests. Seems like it might stem from an impulse to strengthen social bonds by searching for commonalities (or, for that matter, differences which are irrelevant) to serve as starting points for more meaningful interaction, but that's just speculation. Except these days its, "Oh, we've got similar body types," or "Oh, we both fell within one step of each other on that alignment test," rather than "Oh, we both made spears from the same types of rock and tree," or "Oh, we both herd goats."

That aside, it'd be sort of absurd to imply that someone was overweight (I think that's what was being implied was being implied gaaah) at <120lbs and >5' tall.

So I was playing a 4-way game of Magic The Gathering and we unfortunately let one of the players gain momentum. She one-shotted two players with a couple of 20-something/20-something knights, powered in-part by my own Plains, and a card that prevents you from blocking. She would have destroyed me in the next turn so I threw my 6 1/1 humans and a 3/1 cat warrior at her. She decided to take the 9 damage because I'm dead anyway. Then those cards became 6 3/2 humans and a 9/6 cat warrior.

That felt good.

I just realised after that- Skeletons are like horsehair worms. They live and grow inside us, awaiting the day we die so they can emerge from our bodies.

Or our bodies can decay around them.
