I just realized that there isn't a genre name for Minecraft clones like there is for Aeon of Strife clones to legitimize the genre, so Imma come up with one.

Magnificently Open Block-based Action-adventure, or MOBA for short.

Or maybe Always Really Tantalizing Supplies, or ARTS for short.

Hmm. That last one's kinda lame.

I am playing D&D tomorrow; my items include six pounds of soap. My character is just filling in for one session, so I had six levels and fifteen thousand GP to use up. Suffice it to say that, along with the soap, the only way to stop my character spellcasting is to kill him or knock him out, and I spent 14500 GP on magic items.

Never.

Most male initiates* must always wear a pointy hat, because it is the last thing tying them to the Arcane Plane. If it is ever removed, the connection is permanently severed and all contact is lost.

*Doesn't count if your magic-user is female, because, well, let's face it, if you do that you look like a witch. Also doesn't count if your character has half-decent melee attacks, because it looks funny to see somebody maul people with acid-coated maces while shooting fire out of their eyes and also be wearing a wizard hat.

I have that ability. 6d6 damage touch attack, 5d6 ranged touch attack, 6d6 damage in a 120ft line, 6d6 and ignition in a 20ft radius...

And that's if I use only one of my items.
