It's especially lame when they combine that with a pomade'd haircut and a pair of black-framed glasses... why is that look popular?!

... less specifically, inb4 just means "in before". Generally it's used when the poster believes they're preempting some sort of response.

An example would be Putin spontaneously growing horns and, in discussion about it, someone saying "inb4 putin literally the devil" before such statement was explicitly made.
