No camera to post a comparison, but that hair color's about right.  Only thing that's majorly wrong is the shape of the face and length of the hair, just got most of it chopped off.

Found a pic I uploaded some time ago. Facial hair doesn't match, but aside that, I have an oddly generic enough look that is quite user-friendly with these kinds of things (makes the immersion rather swift for games that allow character creation, while at it).
