Public intoxication laws are somewhat fine lines. It's not illegal to be drunk in public in most states in the US, but to display drunken behavior, though there are at least six states where it isn't illegal at all (this is often replaced with a clause about endangering others while intoxicated). But basically you're good as long as you don't act too far out of line.

Depends on what you're drinking. A can of beer is quite cheap. A bottle of Johnny Walker isn't. I typically avoid alcohol unless I feel pressured to drink because of friends, and even then, I usually only drink one or two cans, because I'd immediately have severe rashes. Life is forcing me not to take alcohol.

Reason being that I apparently qualified for Earned Income Credit without knowing it.

I hate the taste of it anyway, but I suppose life may stop me taking it even had I not wanted to in the for of genetics. My dad drank a bit of Buckfast every now and then (A pretty crude brew) and got pancreatitis. He now has diabetes because of that. So, may be in my best interest to stay away if what equates to a glass a week gave my dad diabetes.

I made a  bet with my best friend yesterday. Every time I drew in his books I'd have to give him ten cents, and every time he insulted me he'd have to give me ten cents. I got ten cents, but the look on his face every time he suppressed insulting me was priceless.
