Yeah. One example I could give was Helicopter Showdown & Calvertron's "Drop it again" drop. Too off tempo and noisy, when compared to the non-dubstep parts.

I can't remember the first song I experienced that with, but I do remember thinking a few times that certain dubstep songs would be amazing if they stuck with their build up style, instead of eventually turning dubsteb. Although I am starting to REALLY like Faux Tales now, I've now stumbled apon a few more of their songs and I find them REALLY good.

I got to use Spanish in the real world yesterday. Well... real virtual world.

I was negotiating a trade with a guy on TF2, and I noticed that there was about a minute's worth of communications lag on his end. I checked his profile, and it said he was from Paraguay. I surprised him by asking him in Spanish if he actually knew English or was just using Google Translate. He replied, "google translate ". After that, negotiations were conducted in Spanish, so it went a lot easier.

After falling asleep at the tail end of a surprisingly well-synchronized tapering off of caffeine and pseudoephedrine (a side effect of needing to get through 4 hours of driving earlier in the day), accompanied by that demonstration video of Verve (which looks spectacular, btw), I've woken up feeling very odd. A good kind of odd, but it's as if there's been some shift in my perception that I can't put my finger on. It's nice.

Congratulations, Vector! It is good to know that there is one fewer reason for people to claim you aren't just awesome at life. Keep on being that way - though if the past is any indication, that may prove no challenge whatsoever.

Hooray for Hans! Cuddles are good. If sex happens, maybe see if you can work cuddles in before, during, or after, anyway? In any case, glad to hear that things are still going well. Enjoy the day! Whichever one it happens to be. Because it sounds like it'll be good.
