What's that?

Sugarmomma's the female equivalent of a sugardaddy. Basically someone that supports another person in exchange for sexual favors/a relationship. Kinda' like something between long contract prostitution and marriage. Basic concept is someone that acts as your parental guardian (food, shelter, trinkets, etc.) in exchange for snu snu or an equivalent.

As you might imagine, there's less explicit variations, and folks often joke that unrelated people who lavish the other in their relationship (be it romantic or not) with gifts are the "sugar*foo*" of the relationship, even if there's nothing explicit going on.
