Also, the latest XKCD. I looked at it briefly before I left, didn't really get it, then when I got back I saw it in my bookmarks, thought about it, and the joke suddenly clicked together. See spoiler below if you don't get the joke.

So I'm exploring the online capabilities of my new 3ds XL, and color me impressed.

As a downloadable app, you can put netflix on your 3ds, and you can resume shows you've started on the PC netflix (and maybe from elsewhere as well!).

However, it seems that the User Interface and the selection is really gimped on the 3DS. I seem unable to browse for titles freely, and alot of things from the PC version are excluded entirely. For example, the anime section is simply not present. Bizarrely though, I can resume the anime I've started on the PC, it's just that I can't find and begin it on the 3DS, which makes me think I'm doing something wrong. Will report more later.

Today was a good day in general:

• Drove an 18-wheeler on the actual road for the first time.
• Had fun with some new buddies at school
• Sunburns are beginning to heal
• Internet is back on, laundry rooms will open hopefully sometime tonight
• Thanks to not eating as much and getting exercise, I seem to be losing weight
