Things I am happy about right now:

a. Dinner last night was so good I didn't brush my teeth, so I could keep tasting it a while longer

b. When I graduate I will be able to get a new pair of glasses, to replace these fucked up ones that have been giving me headaches

c. I can still go to the local gym on my parents' membership until I'm 24.  While I'm unemployed, I will be able to do yoga every day and that may heal my fucked-up back.  I've confirmed that most of the problem is stress.

d. Still happy about friends.

e. Happy that I've become more responsible recently, so it's less easy to call things my fault when they go wrong.

f. Happy I'll graduate soon.

^ Actually they're saying nowadays that brushing right after eating is bad for your teeth - acids from food soften the enamel, which can be eroded faster with brushing, and the brushing pushes the acids deeper into the enamel layer. You're meant to wait at least 1 hour after eating (or drinking coffee or soft drinks) before brushing so that the ph neutralizes. But you can use mouthwash right after eating.

Some are recommending that it's a better policy to advocate brushing before meals now. Well this is certainly happy news for people who felt guilty for not being in the habit of brushing after every meal :/
