Why is it every comment on youtube now is flagged as Spam so quickly?

You go two pages down and everything from relevant comments to the drunk ramblings of a lost grandpa are marked as spam. It's like a retard fad, like people are actually going on youtube with the sole purpose of marking comments as spam.
