Apparently the latest builds of DosBox can run Windows 95. I don't know why but I find this thought nice. Maybe it's that I learnt, at the same time, that DosBox runs on Android...also that the original Dungeon Keeper runs in DosBox.

You know, I may actually get a Nexus 7...that you can also do things like this pleases me on some fundamental level. Maybe it's just the hacker in me that loves tinkering for tinkering's sake...

200 lines of code written over the course of 3 hours without testing any individual pieces of it.

Not a single error when I ran it for the first time.

You know, I just realised that Thazaridun is essentially Xantalos's Forum-sona. The original creater of the universe, imprisoned by his creation, twisted, mad, and vengeful, wishing only for the destruction of all things.

And therefore the creator god in my D&D setting is a Tharizdun (Looked it up. Yes, I'm aware that I'm overly pedantic) expy by proxy. Seeing as I based it on that dream Xantalos posted in the dream thread a while ago. Yay for unintentional homages!

I was approached by a lady at college today, and we conversed.  A cute lady.

A lady I catch looking at me during class pretty often.

Babes can't resist the squid.

For, in order that men should resist injustice, something more is necessary than that they should think injustice unpleasant. They must think injustice absurd; above all, they must think it startling. They must retain the violence of a virgin astonishment. When the pessimist looks at any infamy, it is to him, after all, only a repetition of the infamy of existence. But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.

I'm pretty sure a girl tried to start a conversation with me today, but I was in a hurry. I'm trying to be more aware of those opportunities and it was quite unfortunate.

The squid is me.  I'm the squid.
It'd be weird if it was someone else.
