We always knew the Mario Brothers were total dicks.

Also, wah, Vector is disappearing for a month.  Have fun on your winter break, wherever it is you're going with no web access.

Happy happy.

The whole damn LP is gold.
Oh man, playing with/against other people in that game. How is it progress can be made when other players are such dicks?
Okay one of them must have gone to a Renaissance faire, the song he starts singing at 1:31 I've only heard at ren faire.

Well, what the hell? How are we supposed to win at islanding with no Vector? I can't punch everything, you have to math some things to death!

As if any instance of that theoretical game was ever going to get off the ground anyway.

I can't believe I didn't update everyone on my academic career, like I know you're all dieing to hear.  Took a two-hour written exam, in a class where I'm usually the last person scratching out a response to the one-hour essays.  I finished with a half hour to spare, fully answering both questions, if a bit brief on the second one, when my hand just couldn't take any more.  Wrote more in equivalent time than I ever have for an exam, and discovered a new and easier way to hold a pen, for the first time since elementary.

On the other hand, still no response from that professor with the email-exam.  I'm getting pretty perturbed about this.

...I'm seriously thinking about drawing up an island. Seriously. I do have to finish finals and my computer science project first, though. *sigh* So many excuses.

It's not like anything you can do will make them respond, so just relax.

Bye, Vector! Have fun at Berkeley, and don't forget to write when you can! Good plan on avoiding those physicists, I hear they can be quite forceful with their puns.

I dunno, I guess we'll be stuck punching sharks and running in circles until the mathemagician returns at dawn upon the third day to save us. Then again, you may be the one calling the shots if neither game gets off the ground. I guess I can run in circles alone if I have to.

They're even worse when the physicist in question is in a high-energy state.

I'm living in a very cold room I'm renting in Berkeley with 4 people who are pretty much never home, one hour's walk each direction from the math building (which is going to close in a couple of days for the winter break, and which was my desired point of internet access).  I also won't be able to get my free bus pass thing or bike registration until after the break.

I haven't canvassed the local library yet, but in any case I'm not going to have daily math palace forays.  I'm only online at the moment because I went home to be with my mom, since I need an evening off with nice people to calm me down from worrying everywhere about my beloved professor =/

I just got a yukata.
The person from whom I acquired it thought it was a kimono, so I pointed out the short proportions and cotton fabric.
It has fancimous hanging sleeve things.
I'm wearing it over my silk Hmong shirt that looks like something from Morocco.
What the hell is with me and fancimous asian clothes?
I also have a silk Chinese shirt form Hong Kong and a silk shirt from Vietnam.

That star power bit made my lungs hurt.

That was also probably one of the funniest freak-outs I've heard in ages as well. And it came with good reason too. THAT is how you pull a dick move.

EDIT:
Checking on my Bloodfist schematic file, already got quite a few hits so far. :)
