RedKing, do you happen to have any sort of NoScript running? Try clicking on the door in the background.
IE 8, probably the DoJ proxy...almost all ActiveX is blocked.
Silly gubmint, you can't protect yourself from the internet!

The photos of Vesta from the Dawn spacecraft. Craters, craters everywhere!

Vesta is best roughly-spherical celestial body.

Can't wait 'til it gets to Ceres.

Actually you can, but the governments don't fully understand the point of 'keep your important and/or top secret crap disconnected from the internet, use private networks'. Not doing so bit Iran in the power plant.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

That isn't accurate. Stuxnet was transferred onto isolated machines through the use of strategically placed infected usb keys.

Well, sorry for misremembering the Iran part then. Rest of the point still stands.

They must think injustice absurd; above all, they must think it startling. They must retain the violence of a virgin astonishment. When the pessimist looks at any infamy, it is to him, after all, only a repetition of the infamy of existence. But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.

Vesta's awesome.  It said fuck you Mars, I've got the highest mountain now!

Yes, technically it's had it for awhile and us humans just discovered it, I know.

Didn't we agree to stop filling the [emotion] threads with macromeme links something like two days ago?

Yes. And like two days before that. And likely will agree again two days from now.

It's a vicious, meme-filled cycle.
