It is awesome.

Is there some unwritten rule that game developers should ignore GNU/Linux? or have they a technical limitation?

Its more of a 'If you don't mention Linux, there is a good chance it won't be brought up' in most cases.

LEGOs, they are awesome!

Can't belive the company is 80 years old (the bricks themselves are some 20 or so years younger), still, the best toy in existance, because nothing beats a bucket full of Legos (except more buckets full of Legos).

Nothing yet. One day, possibly soon, we will have fully immersive virtual reality legos, with an infinite number and variation of blocks and a building arena theoretically unending.

On that day, our species will have achieved apotheosis.

I wonder if we can do Tesla some justice and actually try to build some of his inventions? He was a bit 'out there' with many of his ideas, but he was onto something. Plus, last thing I would want to see is another retail store. Especially built on top of history.

That isn'r really feasible IIRC.

One of the proffessors on my university is a rather big Tesla fan (it's what got him into the stuff I think) and he along with some collegues decided to test out some of Teslas theories, just for fun.

And this is just roughly from memory but in order for his idea to work (using ground and air waves to transmit energy) you'd need an emitter some 2000 kilometers long.

This is child-friendly and palatable to the point of naus DAMN THIS INDUSTRY ea, and I stand by it.

I love when the grandson finally comes in at the end.  "I seek to take the Lego idea even further."  Translation: take every fucking tie-in and merchandising license under the sun.
