You also use Greek, but formal mathematical script uses the German capital letters.

German uses the latin alphabet (except for the umlaut and esset). Explain how German capital letters are different.

Math script
Standard American cursive

I can't give you a source, because the script I saw was in a German children's book, probably printed before 1945.  But it's a different cursive, which looks exactly like the first link and very little like the second.

Ah. That makes sense.

Good to hear. I'd ask for details, but I'm afraid that you'll tell me that your family tried to throw you, your wife, and your daughter out on the street, which I don't want to think that someone would do.

I got into a fight with the wife. It looked for a while like I was going to be homeless, but we patched things up, and now everything's a little closer to ok. I'll spare you any extraneous details.

Standard American cursive
That is probably the shittiest cursive lowercase "b" I have ever seen. By the way, can we talk about lowercase "s"? It looks almost nothing like an "s". Also, lowercase "z" looks too much like "y".

Playing Elona (yay! it runs on Wine) and got Professor Sex as a title.
Regretting not taking it after hitting reroll, but I might be able to get it again.
Especially considering I've got massive charisma...

Heh, Realmfighter's playing Touhou.
He started with EoSD.

I happened across a forum I used to frequent. It was based off a gunfighting mini-game, released as a separate client, that was intended to one day be a part of an in-development Western MMORPG. I mostly only hung out in the RP section of the forum, which would probably be best described as a forum-based MMORPG, except there were less than a dozen people actually active. In-game time was supposed to correlate exactly with real time, even though that's pretty much impossible to achieve in a forum-based game, but that is what the mod of the RP section decreed. In reality, of course, having a short conversation took several days. Also, in-game buildings were each given their own thread, which made it very difficult to follow the chronological order of events unless you kept track of everyone's individual characters as they traversed the subforum. If someone died, a week later their character would come back to life, and everyone was supposed to ignore the fact that they had been dead for a week and treat this like it was a natural occurrence, so we had a nice bit of magic realism right there. (Seriously, one character's brother died once, she mourned his passing, then a week later she announced that she got word that he showed up in Mexico.)
Despite the fact that that this place was insane, (or maybe because of that fact) I don't regret my time spent there.
