What do you think about the horn-like sound in Technology? It sounds like there's something missing without it, but it also sounds like it doesn't quite belong...

EDIT:

It actually sounds different if you focus on different instruments. Like if you pay attention to the second instrument, it sounds poor, but if you listen to the third, it sounds a lot better.

I was considering going to some island which isn't the one my base is at (preferably with lots of animals on), then putting the infinite lava spawner at the topmost point.  And then running.

The obvious actual use is to create obsidian, but...

Just so you know, a lava bucket makes an excellent forge heat source. You'll lose your bucket, though.

The wiki actually seems to be quite wrong on one issue - when you place a lava source, it seems capable of making others.

I mean, even though I retained the source of lava I used for it, I now have a permanent volcano just across a bridge from my house.  And all I was trying to do was set fire to a sheep.

Sadly not, as Minecraft lava and water can only flow a limited number of spaces from a source block.

Yeah.  On the other hand, I've decided to use this to my advantage.  You see that thing just across the river from my house?  Yeah, the thing you might call a firey death slope.  I call it a very convenient natural light source and a way to help me find my way home.

I learned long ago not to click on links in this thread.


So, maybe I should get minecraft, it sounds pretty cool. My only issue when I try to run the survival test on this computer I need max fog and a small world to keep from having crushing lag and on my better computer it does not run.

I don't have any program that can open an ORG file... unless it was maybe done for ORGANYA PLAYER or something, using PXTONE?
