Also, fun fact that I've just discovered: apparently, one of traditional names for military ships in Russia since Imperial times, that has been used for 7 different ships since then, is "Не тронь меня" - literally translated as "Don't touch me". That's quite a name.

You're on the mark, IIRC it's surface warships and carriers that are masculine -- but what that means is that they're referred to as "he" rather than "she", not that their actual names must be masculine. Otherwise there'd be a lot of hidden history revealed in the names of feminine ship cultures, heh.

Got to drive around with a couple friends, one of them basically said he has too much vape juice so have at it, I had at it, I regret nothing... we also went to sonic and gorged ourselves on wings. Conversation with them was pretty great too. I've needed to get out and do something instead of lock myself in my dorm.

A friend and a girl walked into the floor's lounge. I was the only one that noticed the girl and said hi, seemed to make her slightly less sad that not a single person in the packed lounge said anything to her.

Later when I left for lab I passed by the room that her and some other people were studying (calculus?), she ended up being the only one to say bye when I left....

I've had maybe two conversations with her, I dunno kinda made me happy that someone noticed me leave even if it was a stranger.
