If you wanted to be really nasty, you could go for a very vocal version of fantasy-white man's burden. Have your character condescend to non-dwarves, choose to help people because "obviously they're incapable of solving their own problems, the poor smooth-faces," &c. 100% hatred assurance or your money back.

That's pretty much the ideal abrasive Lawful Good Paladin.

For that matter, that describes elves as a race.

  After a few generations a hybrid is born; one who sympathizes with his own and progresses their freedom but sees the good of the outsider; understands the benefits of intermingling, and uses them as a tool unto his own.

Because using the party to further your own grand racial design and RPing that sounds fun

Finally managed to watch Wreck-It Ralph. I was surprised at how good it was.

I remember that movie. I liked it, except for two things: the extreme (somewhat forgivable, but still extreme) artistic license they took with video games and the annoyingness of the female lead.

Or maybe they just marketed her so much I was sick of her before I saw the film? I dunno, it's been a long time. I'm still curious how they snuck in the MGS reference.

This is why the most fun I had in D&D was playing the sole evil character in the group, but being lawful, so I don't just screw over people's plans, but I openly embrace their suffering.

There was one time when a kobold assassin attempted to kill the party by lighting the tavern we were in on fire.
My character, worshipping a god fire, felt rejoice that the place was now a roaring conflagration, and refused to assist in any help to help put out the fire.
I didn't actively make it worse, and be an irritating player, I had an in-character reason to not help, and stuck with it.

There were other cases, but that one comes to my mind most readily. (Along with pissing off a local priest by stumbling into his church after snorting cocaine )

It was one of those things where she was the entire focus of the marketing, at least, that I had seen. It comes dangerously close to breaking the eleventh rule of the filmmaker's exam.
