It's mostly a matter of respect, honestly. Don't seek what isn't explicitly shared. Not really yer frikkin' business. If a person wants you to know, they will tell you, or welcome you to look. To refrain from invading their privacy is to show you're willing to respect the boundaries they place and, in turn, respect them.

Functionally, those boundaries are illusions, but this is one of those many illusions that are damned important. Helps people associate certain areas and behaviors with safety.

Wasteland 2 is really awesome so far. Even if I'm pretty sure I'm still early in, the only issue is I have no idea if I wanna keep playing or wait till release to continue.

From what I've seen of him, it's mostly being calibrated only to 4chan social standards, which are slightly less strict than most-people-everywhere-else standards.

I'll admit this is the first time I've actually gone to effort to remove the stuff. Usually I just take the minimal effort to remove the most egregious (take a drink) stuff, so going out of the way to nuke the thing feels good

From what I saw, he pretty much did...though he had a fear of using punctuation due to, as I remember he said, fear of being abused if he did it wrong, so he chose to not do it much. Different thinking and such.

Same went with the idea of double posting is a no, here. His reason was post...err, individuality, from what I got from him. He did try though...

Just switched from paint.net to GIMP myself.

Have looked back. So many times. It's moving from club dancing to ballroom dancing. All of a sudden you have to Know Things.

The only thing you fail to do, is dance in squares.

Unless you can actually make squares in GIMP, compared to PAINT....and I haven't found it in all these years; please, someone, enlighten me.
