Argh, you suck.  That final boss was a bitch for me.  Took like a year, I flipped out when I finally beat it.

You must've had trouble with the second game's final boss then. I still have trouble with that Djinn Storm abusing mofo :\ We'll see how I do coming back to it after a few years.

Woo. Just beat Golden Sun twice for kicks - took my incredibly overpowered party and beat the sequential final bosses once with weak classes, no summons or djinni, and no psynergy, just good old fashioned healing and cherry-tapping with regular attacks. Was fun. Then I went back to my regular playstyle with optimized classes and won both in a few turns.

Now! To enter my six page password into The Lost Age (over the next hour, I bet... stupid long password), copy my leet stats over, and get the second game up and running!
Ugh, that thing was a massive pain to enter... And I never leveled enough to beat Dullahan!

Also, normal attacks don't really qualify as "cherry tapping" with the late game weapons. I mean really, the Sol Blade drops the sun on your enemy's heads.

Well, technically I had the Gaia Blade (Sol is in TLA), which drives a massive sword the size of a small whale into the enemy... but yeah, I suppose it wasn't 'for realsies' cherry tapping. Still, having the three guys just waggle their swords at a massive two-headed dragon was pretty fun.

...You sure? I think I ended up with TWO Sol blades in The Lost Age, one from each game. I do remember using the Gaia blade for a while though, so I might be wrong.

Unless you cheat somehow, you only get one Sol Blade. But you don't even bother with it once you get Excaliburs.

I'm working at a Bon Jovi concert, and in the email informing me of this my boss made what i suspect to be two song based puns.

Oh God.

There's a thunderstorm going.
Unfortunately, I might lose power, which means losing internet.
But thunderstorm!

I love thunderstorms.  The sound of the wind blowing through the trees that usually precedes a storm makes me nervous, but actual storms are relaxing, especially if I'm in a car or in bed and I can hear the rain and thunder.

I have a skylight in my room (back home, not here), and the sound of rain hitting it is very relaxing.

Sixth season of Lost and I officially have a new favorite fictional character of all time.

Hell yes.
