Poll

How votes work (since I can't delete this poll, I'll use it for something better)

You may only vote for a specific story/game once.
You may vote on as many story/games as you want, as long as you're honest.
A story/game will be added once 6 people vote for it. The number is subject to change.
Once listed, a story/game may be removed by no less than 10 votes. It's doubtful this will occur.
Make sure you don't just vote because it's a person you like writing! Quality is a must.

And now is when I subliminally advertise captains log to vester.

Read it. It's still short. And good. It Has A Good Plot, And I Am In It.

Wait... did I say subliminal? Shit.

Yeah, he's a banned spammer. Normally we'd delete this thread too, but people were having too much fun with it by the time we got here.

First of all, I vote for "Into Hell" as well.

Second, what's "Nist Ankath"?  Jamini had the same typo and never corrected it :)

I think that Nist Akath should have one entry, as except for the time it went to Adventure mode, it's still the same story.
Otherwise, there ought to be separate entries for each time the subtitle changes, which would mean "Search for Warmth", "Betrayal in the Tundra", "Journeys of the Brother", and "Brethren of the Tundra" under Complete, and "The Captain Deposed" under incomplete.

Ahem:

I recommend Sparkgear 3. just read all seven pages. My turn left us with ten bleedy-whiny dwarves, and ArkDelgato saved us in an inspiring (although he didn't save the godking) act of awesome leadership.

I like all the Sparkgear, they were all very successful.

I suppose. In that case, SparkGear is definitely a successful fortress.

I know it's not as epicly long as some others, but I nominate Olonkulet. Its level of quality is unsurpassed.

Well, it's split into two entries. First, the difficult founding of the fortress, then the period where the fortress was going extremely well and needed player made creations to even threaten it. I think it works this way.

Actually, only 5 people liking it needed to go on. Thread's going slowly.

Anyone else for sparkgear? What is it?

It's all in the same thread, though. Also, there's the part where he chronicles Ironblood's brother in adventure mode, then the current part where he's no longer mayor.

Well, if other people complain I'll fix it. Thanks.

Also, I forgot to PM Jamini about this. Wait a few days for a response before we move forward.

ME! It's the best succession game ever. read 2, 3, and 4. The 5th one is kind of blah. (Or at least it will be until MY turn.)

It was the first question Toady asked. I'd rather be polite about this.
