I hate gamespot. That contest means nothing to me, because I know who's going to win. The most popular characters, the most well-known, not the 'Greatest Hero.'

They have already inched ahead though, they may yet win. Also they apparently have the support of most of the chans.

In other news Garret is losing to Frogger this is another close one were every vote counts.

You could tell they were stretching with some of those contenders. Jade from Beyond Good and Evil? Seriously? She was in one game and it sold what, 12 copies? It was a great game but still...

Tellingly, Marcus Fenix of Gears of War fame is getting his ass handed to him by Duke Muthafukin Nukem.  There is justice in the world.  Although I feel sorry for Garrett losing to Frogger, and the Nameless One being soundly beaten by the dork from Ninja Gaiden.

I can't believe Phoenix Wright lost to a damn character from the NES.
I had him set up for my top two, he was alongside Snake.


I have dreams at night about assassinations of gamespot employees.

What the... They're still doing these things? Why do they keep doing this? I know they need something to keep it's visitors entertained, but can they do something that DOESN'T foster incredible immaturity from it's mostly adolescent fanbase?

Those A versus B type discussions are incredibly dumb to start with, and this is the logically retarded conclusion of them. What a waste of thought.
