Nothing special, aside from the Hebrew maybe, I should have went for the pro edition, not the home.

Baughn's desktop looks pretty neat, I should really get myself one of those.

Exactly.

You can't change the system language with the home edition, so I'm stuck using Hebrew, and I don't think windows was designed with a reversed interface, or Hebrew/any other language in mind.

Tell that to Microsoft, my whole interface is reversed. The mini/maximize and close buttons are on the other side. When typing names for folders it automatically goes right to left. Even notepad writes right to left.
