Cancelled Projects (Mods, Games,Etc...)

We all gotta know at least one.
For example, Halogen.
It was a mod for CnC Generals which got shut down by Microsoft, Bungee encouraged them though.

And there was Tiberian Eclipse, can someone help me Identify this project?

Unless I'm thinking of another game by the creators of CnC,

I believe Tiberian Eclipse was also a game planned taking place in the future and you're a heavy-duty commando in the CnC world.

That never happened, Tiberian Eclipse was a mod for Unreal Tournament.

Calm down. I caught drift of this, and I just read in a comments section on this video... It has been cancelled before even being concieved. GODDAMN YOU EA!! Found the name. And it is
TIBERIUM.

Oh, that. I heard about that ages ago. It seemed like it might have been good. As good as an EA C&C game can be, at least.

Yeah. I hate EA. They childrenify games that shouldn't be and the ones that they DON'T decide to demateurify, almost always get cancelled! I'm glad-god-damn happy EA didn't buy out Media Molecule, I mean really. They pissed me off enough by buying Microprose.

Yep, Dragon Age: Origins launches with the EA logo. EA also raped another one of my favorite games, Mercenaries, so... I can only hope Bioware managed to withstand the corporate meddling.

As it is, I still can't quite truly hate EA- as much as they ruined, it's like it's because they're just being lazy about design and marketing. They still have their name on Battlefield 2, the best war game ever created by man with the exception of Chess, and the Need for Speed titles from back when that was good (Undercover was a freaking joke though).

I remember years ago that a Starcraft mod was shut down for Warcraft. They had completed quite a bit as well.

However the most annoying one was a fan sequel to Chrono Trigger that was 99% complete (I believe they had announced a release date and everything) and then the the lawyers from Square Enix got wind and that was the end of that.
