Davesprite spent those three years honing the everloving shit out of his already mad skillz.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

Surely wouldn't we see even more jpeg artefacts then?

Puppies? Props?

Pupae?

Pipes?

I'm betting props or pipes, maybe puppies considering what's going on in the main comic currently.

Pupae would be weird. >_>

Most likely pipes, especially since the u is right next  to the i on a regular qwerty keyboard.

That being said, it also sounds incredibly rude.

Unfortunately, he went mainstream. It's all dem bird instincts, telling him to flock.

It's time for another random theory that probably doesn't work!

So, Lord English is Caliborn, right? Possibly not. Hussie loves to be a troll, and what could be more troll-y then doing a character swap at the last minute? The character could switch places with Calliborn somehow during the long, long wait.

Possible Identities:

-Aradia. It would be ironic if she became Lord English somehow due to trying to erase him from existence. Of course, she looks nothing like him.
-Calliope. What if Calliope is really evil? She looks pretty much the same as Calliborn, and as for the "unkillable" thing, well, what if they get her the ring?
-John. He's pulling crazy shenanigans right now.
-Jack. He has powerful abilities and motive; he's a bit weaker than most characters at the moment, but it could still happen.

So, yeah. Point out the flaws in my theories that probably exist.

*Not switching who's Lord English in order to annoy people who predicted it.

PREEMPTIVE EDIT: Wait, Calliope is supposed to be Calliborn's opposite. So what if CALLIBORN IS ACTUALLY THE GOOD(ER) ONE? Or maybe we've been lied to about cherubs.

LE is almost 100% NOT Caliborn.
It's just a raw representation of his Juju-based influence.

LE is Caliborn. There is no guarantee, however, that LE shares Caliborn's body.

Yeah based on that shit cal pulled on alpha jack, I'd say it's a fair guess LE english is one of his (many?) juju controlled puppets. Actually about that cueball eyed monster jack, shouldn't he be getting back to the action some point soon now? Can't imagine he'd sit idly by while all these plans go down.
