The King of All Cosmos had better be the Principal.
Holy shit yes.

Also, I'll bet my bottom boonbuck that there will be Homestuck easter eggs.

Does anyone else think Jack is somehow going to snap Jade out of weird mind control stuff?

Edit: ...Actually, Jack might be controlled or at least nullified as well. I don't believe Vriska's power was ever used on a Prospitian or Dersite, though, so it's possible only Tavros' power would actually have an effect.

Oh, shit. Bec's fanatical loyalty to Jade is inherited through prototyping, so mind control may not be necessary.

“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

Vriska mindcontrolled CD in order to convince DD to create Bec.

We had this conversation a bit back. PM and Jack are going to be Piss easy to control, unless controlling so many things ( Gcat, Jane to a extent, Jade, PM, Jack, and maybe the Mayor if weird stuff happens.) is extremely taxing.

Every dwarf, every dwarven man, women, and child, that comes to our forts will die there; it's truly sad when you think about it. And we ask our selves, why? Why do we push forward, knowing this fate, that we are destined for failure? Because, this game grasps the concept of mortality. Some games you can never lose, but we all stop eventually, causing a 'death' to those game's 'worlds'. Dwarf Fortress gives us a definite end, knowing that we will leave that world eventually, and move on to more.

Except that she DIDN'T control the final boss.

I'd assume ring-bearers have some sort of immunity to such abilities, or it wouldn't even have been a fight, and it most certainly was.

Or maybe because it was a giant monstrosity with psionic powers strong enough to kill everyone, exception of Feferi, in a heartbeat?

Regardless, as I mentioned a moment ago, I'm reasonably confident that she doesn't need mind control as long as she has Jade.

If you only consider loose-fitting clothes as excess, then yes.
