Yes, Lord English is a terrifying villain, but what is he, really? He's a jigsaw parody who likes to play games (DO YOu WANT TO PLAY A GAME?) more than anything else, except maybe shitty romance-based smut. The other villains are a dog who likes trophies, a foul-mouthed clown and a signing mime.
