Obviously not, since our dreamers have talked about interacting with the locals before the game started. Prospitians and Dersites have clearly been around for much longer than that.

I just wasted an hour entertaining myself by rereading this thread, and the parts of the comic it paralleled.  Specifically, about three months ago, when Jade was Entering and John was doin' the Windy thing and we got loads of expo-dump about Jack and Vriska's motivations and shit.

It's entertaining just reading back on how wrong everyone was about the future, especially myself, and looking at how the comic has kinda re-written itself over time.  Only problem is, lots of old fanart dumps are just broken links now.
