i noticed... from the provided images, none of the guardians have mouths. maybe they have no mouth because if they did, they would utter spells to destroy the universe? that would explain why there's always some tension between them from what i've read so far. john: harlequins, rose: wizards, dave: feud, and that other girl: not there yet. maybe the kids are destined to save the universe from being destroyed by the guardians?

The guardian trend is that each one has one facial feature.

Nose, mouth, eyes (glasses), and ears.

Notice that it includes elements of things that have been or are likely to be sprite-prototyped. It looks like a combination of all the kids mannequin-like things, and snowball, and spades slick.

Nope, I am almost certain that's Sn0wman there. The missing limb/eye thing (and the chopped corner on the hat) is the same as the maiming of the Harlequin. Spades Slick is also connected to John (as his Archagent), hence why he was symbolically given the same wounds.

P.S. "it's no man" -> 's no man -> Sn0wman
