If you have magma, just have a quick way to drain (retracting bridge) and put it UNDER the trade depot.

Add water

Remove magma

Add Magma

Rebuild depot

I need an aqueduct to get the water from the underground river in the top-right corner of the map.

It's just going to be easier to build an underground aqueduct and drop my elf dr-depot down a level.

Be a dwarf! Build a giant aqueduct ice mold using a bucket brigade above ground, then pump magma over it! It might just turn into a usable aqueduct, or it just might fail miserably and cause all sorts of headaches.

Store the water underneath, and use powered pumps to fill the depot with it from above. Either you'll drown the elves, or bludgeon them with ice.

The *large serrated steel disk* strikes the Raven in the head, tearing apart the muscle, shattering the skull, and tearing apart the brain!
A tendon in the skull has been torn!
The Raven has been knocked unconcious!

Elves do it in trees. Humans do it in wooden structures. Dwarves? Dwarves do it underground. With magma.
