Well, wouldn't a laser fall under heat and burn, fire just burn, and atmospheric temperature would be heat?

What about shrapnel from windows after a bomb? (New feature opportunities...)

Damage from excessive cold?

Depressurization?

Overpressurization?

Rapid pressure changes? (This would mean that using a chamber to slowly change pressure, you could take less damage in a high or low pressure environment. Airlocks that pump the air out suddenly become useful if space suits can't take rapid depressurization without some damage. Assume that it would take a 200% to 0% pressure change in less than a second to damage the space suit instantly, but any change over 70% can cause minor leaks...)

Biological damage?

Acid damage?

Magnetic damage? (EMPs and possibly being too near to a SMES? Probably ignored except for sensitive electronics, and they would probably recover over time)

Admin damage?

Code damage? (For when a .dm is corrupted by the force of that last plasma storm...)

Code bug damage? (Unfortunately, the server handles these in a non-overridable way that usually calls the system functions lag(), hang(), crash() or logicerror())

Text collision damage? (When you run face first into a massive wall of text)

Awesomeness damage? (Warning: produced by a rare few games, may cause victims heads to metaphorically explode from an overload. EA tries as hard as possible to avoid this, unlike valve, blizzard, and many individuals like Tarn Adams)
