I'm thinking about starting one. It would be, I imagine, a sort of combination of The Dwarven Race, TSALLT, and BattleTech.

You would fight each other for several rounds (on a three-dimensional map). Between rounds, you would be able to buy and sell upgrades to your power sources, armor, and weapons, or even move on to bigger and better kinds of mechs. Inter-round commerce would be permitted and encouraged, with sales to the shop directly doing the standard half-cost-cut thing, while against other players you can sell for however much they'll pay. Additionally, you can give away an upgrade or weapon to an ally, if you so desire.

Certain upgrades would be bound to your mech or a weapon - for instance, a modification to the barrel of a gun would not be transferable, while a scope would. Armor on your mech (at least, any of the decent armor types) would not be transferable, while additional sensory equipment (targeting systems, etc.) would be.

Tell me, FG&R, would you approve? Would you join? I'd at least like a 4v4, maybe a 3v3v3.

I have no idea what you are talking about, but the dwarven race is interesting, and so is that thing with the grates, and mechas are always good. And so is free-for-all.
I approve.

Yeah...
I have no idea what this is all about.

But a mech game sounds like fun.

I approve.

Basically, imagine putting together a two-legged cart Dwarven Race style and beating and then fighting each other TSALLT-style (but more ranged emphasis) until everyone is dead.

I'd be interested in this. Very interested, I love mechs.

but don't ya think you might be overloading yourself Pandar? you're not only a part of a couple games, but this would be the third game you're running, I think.

Not even. I'm also running an RP, working on a HUEG RP, and playing four more on top of those on Gaia.

Penultima goes a quite slowly because the Players aren't inputting their moves.
If I grabbed a couple of you guys to play, it'd go much faster. :P

I say nay, just because I can.

And because when you say mech, and since its YOU Pandar, I think Anime Mech. I hate Anime Mech.

And Western Mech isn't that much better. Just less of a market over here.

Now what we need now is a game where we-wait...

Cars...

Battle Arenas...

Zombie Survivalist...

Space...

Oh.

Well, this was bound to happen.

I want to change my vote now...

Super Interest!

Although, could I put tracks on my mech?
Or a 120 smoothbore?

I prefer a three-team system, but I'm good with anything.
