It's like you're all trying to outdo each other in sheer useless pedantry.

Oh come on, that was a mini gag directed at Woose.

That is barely troll-worthy.

Well, I had a picture that I had to get rid of.  :P

I will never stop posting pictures until the day people stop saying "Brake" instead of "Break".

What sort of question is that for a dwarf? You looking to start a forum fight?
hell no not in here fight somewhere else i got better things to do. since apparently u don't know hobbits, hobbits are creatures that are big as human children. they don't wear shoes as their feet are thick soles. they can run faster and quieter than humans. they are a merry group that party and drink like dwarves. for wars only in a few cases has hobbits been involve in some battles and most were hobbit adventurers.

ok still working have yet to finish and test. im adding two new civs, crapload of plants, fix weapons back to old, more hobbit stuff and lore.

new questions:
1. is there a better tut or a program to make graphics?
2. is there a [plant_pref]?
3. will they float away if damblock: -1?
4. make them stealthy
5. is there a way to shape dirt into walls?

I've had some comments that you might be offended I'm also making a Hobbit related mod.   Please hear me out first!

I am not trying to overshadow you, my Hobbit mod is just a test for my planned "line" of added civs, in modular format.  I don't feel that your module is tramping on my turf either, there is plenty of room for variant mods.  I hope you don't think I chose Hobbits as a first one as some kind of contest, I haven't tried yours, I just considered hobbits a fairly straightforward modular race concept to start with, my ModMod series is going to be more a cluster of micro mods that are designed to work together if you wish.

Let me know if you get stuck on anything, I am getting the hang of some of these tokens.  I don't think you can make walls from dirt, in fact i think that's in the wiki.  I'm often on the IRC, and on forum mostly on threads i've posted in ... :D

Cheers,

Quick tip: If you use actual words and proper grammar, people tend to treat you nicer at these places where education above "HURR I CLICK HERE YOU DIE" is required.
The letter "u" is not a replacement for the word "you".

Just saying.

ok this going to be a huge resurrection, after staring at the RAW files i think i might be able throw these guys out onto DF2010 though i will probably wait until 3-4 bugfix releases come out. the caste system is nice i can probably start setting up the family trees, does anyone know that the permittedjob token works in the caste?
