[Fatal Error] 'Missing Word Definition' while loading save game

Hi,
i'm playing DF for about a week, so i'm still learning the game, but I've encountered this error while loading my last saved game.

the game works correctly, I save & quit, then I restart the game, load my last saved game and appears this error message: "FATAL ERROR: 'Missing Word Definition'" and crashes the game. It doesn't seem to happen with old autosaved backup games...but I don't want to loose a season everytime i load.

probably I've made some mistake because recently I've modified the init.txt file. I post it to the following link as you can see it.

Have you tried reverting to a vanilla init.txt?  You can obtain one by redownloading the game.

I've returned to a vanilla init.txt and now it works...
but I'm curious what caused the error. it happened once before I've made changes to the init file...

anyway, now it works...thanks for the hint.
