[40d2/40d3/40d4] (minor) Visual Studio not linking graphic to exe

The taskbar window for the Windows version of DF no longer has any graphic image (displayed to the left of the window name).
Purely a linking error in the Visual Studio project, and easily remedied, but thought I'd point it out.

Still present in 40d5.
No icons for dwarf fortress.exe
