Hmmm. First thing that comes to mind is One Week Friends. The feels are best when they're fresh. Also it's short.

If I had a choice between not watching Utena at all, and watching the dub, which would you guys suggest doing?

Alternatively, if anybody can point me to some kind of legal stream of the sub that would be fantastic.

I finished the third episode earlier today.

So far as I can tell, it's trying to be a deconstruction of the magical girl genre. Really creepy monsters, a creepy stuffed animal companion...oh, and
