Oh, I went back and watched episode 16 earlier today before you said that.

Ever since then they added that during the "commercial breaks".

Like everything it varies from animu to animu, but i must admit that animus do tend to have awesome music. This is usually because the Seiyu are basically voice actors hybridized with singers, and many of them use animu OP and ED songs as a means to get themselves noticed.

It's actually kind of funny when you think about it; using animu to springboard off a singing career.
